RETURN AND EXCHANGES
To qualify for a return or an exchange, you may return our products within 10 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the product. After 10 days of delivery, however, we will no longer be obligated to offer you a refund or an exchange.
To qualify for returns, your products must meet the following criteria:
We will not exchange or refund any item that is returned not in its original condition, or if it is damaged or has missing parts not due to our error.
Items that are not eligible for refunds/exchanges include gift cards, any item/products purchased with promotional codes, and discounted items.
You must ship your returned item at your own cost.
We will ensure that we process your return within five business days of our receipt of returned items and will send you a notification email immediately your return is received and inspected; this email will either confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you receive a damaged package, contact us immediately, and we will try to rectify the issue and arrange for a replacement as soon as is possible.
